Based on the selection of the Academic Period, College, Major, Minor, Concentration and/or Student Level, the report provides the number of students registered in the selected areas. The data can include up to three subtotals. The report can be run for a single campus, several or even all campuses. However, selecting more than one campus will return only counts for students who are taking classes simultaneously at all selected campuses, as opposed to any of the selected campuses. The report can also provide data regarding numbers of students who are or are notresidents of New Mexico. Data from the report is uncertified and is real time from the ODS.
To run a report to include all students from all campuses, Registered Any Campus should be set to Yes and the other campus checkboxes set to No Limit
Based on the selection of the Academic Period, Student Campus, College, Major, Minor, Concentration and/or Student Level, the report provides information regarding students registered in the selected areas. The report runs for a single campus at a time. The report can provide data down to the student detail level and can be filtered based on who is or is not registered. The report defaults to registered student data. The data is based on the census tables and is fixed as of the semester census freeze date.
When selecting sort fields keep in mind that if student identifying fields are not selected, the report will not provide student detail level data.
Based on the selection of the Academic Period, College, Major, Minor, Concentration and/or Student Level, the report provides details regarding the students registered in the selected areas. The report can be run for a single campus, several or even all campuses. However, selecting more than one campus will return only students who are taking classes simultaneously at all selected campuses, as opposed to any of the selected campuses. The report can also provide data regarding numbers of students who are or are not residents of New Mexico. Data from the report is uncertified and is real time from the ODS. The GPA data is the institutional GPA and does not include transferred courses. The data can also be filtered based on whether a student is on the Dean’s List. The Permit Registration variable allows for filtering based on which students are permitted to register or are not.
Admissions application information that is available includes prospective student personal information, application status, residency and citizenship status, chosen academic pursuit and latest decision.
This report details which classes a student is taking and provides information about the class such as instructor and schedule characteristics.
The data can be structured based on course(list of students registered for a course) or student (list of registered classes for a student) depending on the order chosen for the sort fields. The default is by course. To see the classes listed together that a student is taking, move the Student Name field to the top of the sort fields and move Course Number just below Student Name. The output will be ordered by each student's class schedule.
Comprehensive course schedule information is provided by this report. Based on Term, Course Status, Campus, College, Subject, Course Number and/or Instruction Method, the data output includes course identifying information, date/time/location, capacity numbers, waitlist counts, instructor assigned, census dates, fees, and crosslist reference information
Because of the order of auto population of the boxes, it is more efficient to make selections in the following order: Academic Period, Campus, College, Subject, Course#, Instruction Method, Part of Term, Course Status
This report provides data on how full a course is on the selected dates. The data used in this report is frozen.
Two types of reports can be run: Day of Semester and 2 Day Comparison. Day of Semester will provide the data for the selected date and the equivalent date one year prior. 2 Day Comparison will provide the data for the two dates selected. The small boxes next to the run buttons show which dates are being used for each report.
Various fields can be selected as part of the report, including additional aggregate fields like Total Actual Enrollment and Total Maximum Enrollment. The aggregate fields are specific to the selected dates and are labeled "Academic Period 1" and "Academic Period 2" to match with the selected academic periods. For the Day of Semester report, Academic Period 2 is the date one year prior to the Academic Period 1 date.
"Cross Listed" and "Academic Period 1 Sections" and "Academic Period 2 Sections" all can be clicked on for drilldown reports. Cross Listed will give a report that includes all the courses in the Course Group for both selected dates. The Sections drilldowns will show all the sections for that course.
To get aggregate data for courses, do not select additional fields from the "Select Detail Fields" as most of these fields will create a report that breaks it down to individual sections.
The Campus, College, Subject, and Status selection boxes will repopulate following each previous selection to only show the options available to those selections.
To only look at data for one date, select only "Academic Period 1" options in the "Select Aggregate Fields"
Real time fill rate data by class is returned by this report.
When the user selects the Run Detail button, the report lists each class and details the associated credits, whether the class is active, instruction information, capacity, enrollment, and number waitlisted.
When a user selects Run Summary, the report provides a summary of the number of courses and sections that are closed and the number of courses and sections that are open. All data is categorized according to course level (Lower, Upper, Graduate) and course status (Active, Canceled, Canceled/Rescheduled).
When running the Detail option, if a class is filled to 90% or greater and less than 100% capacity, the Percent Filled output field will be highlighted yellow. If a class is filled to greater than or equal to 100% capacity, the Percent Filled output field will be highlighted red
Three sets of information are available through this report interface based on selection of a freshman Cohort.
If the user clicks on the Demographics button, a report will be generated that provides IPEDS ethnicity, gender, average semester GPA, average high school GPA and average ACT score information for the cohort.
If the user selects the Majors button, the report will provide the count of undergraduate students registered by major in each semester beginning with the cohort semester and going forward. Subtotals are provided by college.
If the user selects the Degrees Awarded button, the report will detail the number of undergraduate degrees awarded to students in the cohort by major, by semester. Subtotals are provided by college.
Select Active HTML, Excel or PDF output. Because of report formatting, HTML reports are not currently an option.
For a selected Cohort and Academic Period, this report will provide student personal information, limited academic information, high school GPA and standardized testing results. The information can also be filtered abased on whether a student has dual credit coursework and/or AP credits. Because the cohort and academic period fields are not specifically linked, it will be possible to select a combination of fields that will yield no data. Separate fields are provided for the SAT tests and for the New SAT (after March 2016). Patience required while this report returns data.
To gather information pertaining to degrees that have already been awarded, degrees pending and degrees being sought, this report can be run to return all three or a single category. The students' detailed personal information and degree particulars are available. The GPA provided is the overall GPA. It is also possible to determine the NetID of the person who updated any data. Information can be filtered based on IPEDS Ethnicity as well. Because Student Attribute information is available, a particular student may appear on more than one line if the student has more than one attribute.
It is possible to select more than one Ethnicity. However, the students returned will be students who have chosen to identify as all of the ethnicities selected rather than choosing at least one. It is possible to select No for all Ethnicities; those returned will be students who elected not to identify with an IPEDS Ethnicity

This report suite provides registration statistics organized by Student Population, Course Level, Student Class, Residency, and/or Branch Campus Head Count and Student Course Hours. Each type of report provides the registration statistics for the date selected and for one year prior. The difference and percent difference between the two are also calculated.
After selection of an Academic Period, the possible dates for that academic period will auto-populate the Day Number field. To run a single report, select the desired top tab to be able to view the output and select the corresponding button in the column on the right to actually run the report. A Run All button is provided for those who would like a complete set of the reports; pulling all of the data at once takes extra time.
Translation of the date and census day number is displayed in the small box in the upper right. The translation information is always an HTML output. It is recommended that a snip of that window be added to any data output file to maintain data integrity.
